實施宗旨 Purpose
為保障全校師生權益，提升民主法治及人權教育相關知能，特提供法律諮詢服務。
To protect the rights and interests of all faculty and students, enhance knowledge of democratic rule of law and human rights education, and provide legal consultation services.

服務對象 Eligible Recipients
🎓 本校教職員工生均可申請法律諮詢服務。
All faculty members, staff, and students of this university are eligible to apply for legal consultation services.

申請方式 Application Method
📋 申請步驟 ｜ Application Steps
請下載「法律諮詢服務申請表」，填妥後以 E-mail 寄至法律諮詢服務專用帳號：
Please download the “Legal Consultation Service Application Form,” complete it，and send it via e-mail to the dedicated legal consultation account:
並請選擇下列任 1 種諮詢方式：

⏸ 期中評量週、期末多元評量週暫停服務 ｜ Services suspended during midterm & final exam weeks
🏢（一）現場諮詢
In-Person Consultation
需事先以書面申請，再安排適當諮詢時段、地點洽談。
A written application must be submitted in advance; an appropriate time slot and location will then be arranged.
📧（二）書面諮詢
Written Consultation
以 E-mail 或紙本送件及回覆。
Submit and receive responses via e-mail or paper documents.

案例 Q&A 公開說明 Case Q&A Publication Notice
🔒 隱私保護 ｜ Privacy Protection
為增進全校師生法律常識，學生事務處有權將常見案例，隱去案主姓名、背景等個人基本資料，製成 Q&A 放置生輔組網頁提供參考。
To enhance legal knowledge among all faculty and students, the Office of Student Affairs reserves the right to compile common cases (with personal information such as names and backgrounds removed) into a Q&A format for publication on the Student Counseling Section’s webpage.
⚠️ 如不願公開者，請於「法律諮詢服務申請表」之「特別聲明」處勾選。
⚠️ If you do not wish your case to be published, please check the “Special Declaration” section on the application form.

服務範圍與費用 Scope of Service & Fees
💡 費用說明 ｜ Fee Notice
本校僅提供法律諮詢服務，如需諮詢以外之問題，費用請自行負擔。
This university provides legal consultation services only. Any services beyond consultation (e.g., legal representation) shall be borne by the individual applicant.
