一、申請資格：114學年度舊生、復學生及轉系生。113學年度應屆畢業生不予申請。

*松濤四五館僅開放新生申請。

二、申請時間：自114年4月22日(週二)上午9時起至114年4月28日(週一)下午4時止

三、申請方式：申請者(含特殊生)皆須自行上網(http://163.13.152.220/)提出申請，逾時不予受理。

1. Qualifications : Non-freshman students, readmitted students, and transfer program students.

Students who are expected to graduate in 2025 are not permitted to apply.

2. Application date : April 22(Tue) 9 a.m. to April 28 (Mon) 4 p.m.

3. Application procedure : Applicants ( including special students ) must submit their applications via online (http://163.13.152.220). Applications will not be accepted after deadline.
